RemObjects SDK for Java is the newest edition of our RemObjects SDK product suite, bringing the ability to consume RemObjects SDK services and smart services using 100% pure Java code to Java and Android developers.

Android is one of the fastest-growing mobile platforms, and with RemObjects SDK for Java, Android developers are now capable to create native Android clients that talk to their RemObjects SDK servers, making it easy to share the same server infrastructure across applications for all three major phone platforms of today.

Written as 100% native JVM code, RemObjects SDK for Java not only works on Android, but lets you create client applications for virtually all platforms where Java is available, from other phone platforms such as Blackberry, to desktop and server operating systems.

RemObjects SDK for Java has been tested and is supported for Java 1.6 and later and Android API version 8 and later; it can be used for a variety of Java development environments such as Eclipse, NetBeans and IntelliJ IDEA, and of course with our own Oxygene for Java, integrating into Visual Studio. It comes with full source.
