Windows Phone is Microsoft's new mobile platform, replacing the older Compact Framework-based Windows Mobile devices.
Oxygene provides full support for creating native Windows Phone 7 applications using the underlying Silverlight framework and XAML-based metro UI. The upcoming Windows Phone 8 is widely expected to shift over to using the WinRT runtime, and will also be fully supported once the SDKs are available.
Oxygene is a general purpose programming language with native support for just about every modern development platform of today.
