Data Abstract, Enterprise Edition provides all the tools and resources you need to build your new Enterprise-level application with Data Abstract or migrate/extend your existing solution to/with Data Abstract. It is targeting enterprise projects and larger teams that need more than just the basic software package and want consulting services and additional assistance from our product and support teams to make sure their projects stay on track.

Software:

Developer licenses⁽ⁱ⁾ for the entire Data Abstract product suite, including any of the three three platform editions your project might require, be it .NET, Xcode or Delphi.
Relativity™ Server deployment licenses.
Access to out-of-band “Gamma”-quality interim releases of the product, if enhancements or bug fixes are made to the product based on your feedback and requests.

Consulting:

1 day (over the course of your project) of in-depth remote consulting⁽ⁱⁱ⁾ and project review with a Senior RemObjects Software developer.
5 days (over the course of your project) of developer time⁽ⁱⁱⁱ⁾ from a junior developer familiar with your platform(s).
Custom sample applications or code snippets our team will build^(iv) to illustrate features and capabilities of the product, based on your needs.
Access to source for additional in-house projects and samples that illustrate Data Abstract use in real-life projects (where applicable).

Support:

Premium Support for the duration of the project, with 24-hour (on weekdays) turn-around time.
A single, dedicated contact person on our support team to handle or coordinate all your requests.

Optional Services (subject to availability) include:

On-site consulting with a RemObjects Software developer or Approved Consultant.
Phone/Skype consulting with RemObjects Software Chief Architect marc hoffman or the product team leads.

Pricing and Availability

Data Abstract Enterprise Edition is sold per project and developer; the service is provided on request and subject to availability of resources on our development team.

Pricing starts at $8000 for one developer and a six-month project. Scaled pricing is available for longer projects at six-month intervals, and for larger teams. Please contact sales@remobjects.com with details about your project and team size for a concrete offer for your project.

Includes full product license with support and maintenance for 6 months past the project date, with the option to renew at regular subscription renewal rates after that.
Consulting will be provided remotely, via conference call, Skype or screen sharing. On site consulting may be available upon request, at extra charge and coverage of travel expenses.
The offered service does not include participation of RemObjects Software developers in the actual development of code for your project, although we will be happy to establish contact with external Data Abstract Approved Consultants that may be available to assist with your development. The alotted time will count against support requests, creation of project-specific samples and bugfixes, and other consulting tasks provided.
RemObjects Software will retain ownership of all created samples, and reserves the right to include them for all customers in future releases of the products.
